Camillecooks is my food diary, where I’ll indicate recipes that appeal to me, then prep them and share the results with you. I hope you’ll “tune in” and log on often, if only to be a voyeur of my exploits. You need not cook a thing; but then again, you might. Do leave your replies and comments whenever you want to. I will be cooking and eating some wonderful things.
The recipes that I highlight will often be from current publications (magazines, newspapers, newsletters, etc.) and always seasonally appropriate.
The first recipe that I will chronicle in this food diary is from the January 2007 issue of Gourmet magazine. It’s called “Gemelli with Broccoli Rabe and Anchovies.”
